The Sri Lankans have battled the Kiwis in two T20I matches and one ODI thus far, and they have no wins to show for it. New Zealand continues to dominate this series and stake their claim that they're the best squad in the world right now.

Does that change today?

The young Lions have had some encouraging performances, and their competitiveness isn't in dispute. However, they'll need to put together a truly complete performance to win this match.

For all their success, the Black Caps are not getting ahead of themselves. "It's nice to get the accolades, and you've got to try and be humble," said batsman Ross Taylor. "Cricket can turn just as quickly against you. We're on a bit of a high at the moment, but we don't want to get carried away. We're still a way away from the World Cup and we know the Sri Lankan team will bounce back.

The second ODI match between Sri Lanka and New Zealand kicks off at 1:00 GMT. A live feed of the match is available for streaming RIGHT HERE.
