The national championship game in the first ever college football playoff is set, and it will feature the Oregon Ducks playing against the Ohio State Buckeyes. The uniforms that each team will wear in the game were released this week, and the reactions have been mixed.
Rams Moving Toward L.A. Dream?
Ohio State's uniforms look similar to the classic red ones they wear often, but obviously there have been a few changes to spice things up ahead of the championship game.
Oregon, on the other hand, has become known for wearing a different uniform every week, many of which are marked by bright colors or unique patterning that adds to the cutting edge image the school aims to project.

While many are fans of the uniforms, there have also been negative responses, particularly with Oregon. It seems that the Ohio State uniforms are more or less what everyone expected, but people are disappointed with the relative lack of flair that Oregon's uniforms feature.
Many fans of the team are also upset about the near-total absence of the school's trademark green and yellow colors, which occasionally show up in uniforms in neon fashion, but are never completely absent.
The second-seeded Ducks are favored to beat the fourth-seeded Buckeyes in the game, which will be played at AT&T stadium, aka JerryWorld, in Texas. Oregon smashed Florida State 59-20 in the Rose Bowl, and Ohio State upset Alabama 42-35 in a thrilling Sugar Bowl.
