Tonight at 7 p.m. ET, the Philadelphia Flyers (11-14-6, 28 points) and Toronto Maple Leafs (19-10-3, 41 points) face-off for the first of three meetings this season live from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The game can be live streamed here. Philadelphia fans can hear all of the action on 97.5 The Fanatic while Toronto fans can do the same on TSN 1050.

Philadelphia kicks off a lengthy eight-game road trip and has lost two straight contests while Toronto had a six-match winning streak snapped last time out.

The Flyers are eight points out of the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference while the Maple Leafs own the top wild-card position entering tonight.

The Flyer are coming off of a 2-1 loss to the Florida Panthers on Thursday in a shootout that saw Jakub Voracek notch the lone goal for his team in regulation.

Philadelphia enters tonight without No.1 goaltender Steve Mason, who was helped off the ice during Friday's practice with an upper-body injury.

"Every team goes through these times during the season sooner or later," Voracek told NHL.com about the loss of Mason. "Our team is good. We showed it when we played out west when we played good hockey. We just have to keep things simple and we'll be fine."

Voracek is tied for second in the NHL with a 26 assists and a team-best 38 points. Captain Claude Giroux is second on the team with 35 points and paces the NHL with 27 helpers.

With Mason sidelined, the Flyers will turn to Ray Emery in between the pipes and he is 5-4-1 with a 3.05 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage.

The Maple Leafs are set to counter with Jonathan Bernier in the crease and he is 13-7-3 with a 2.55 GAA and a .922 save percentage this season.

Toronto is coming off of a 4-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday that saw captain Dion Phaneuf score the lone goal for his team.

The Maple Leafs expect a gritty effort from the Flyers tonight.

"You know they are going to play physical," defenseman Stephane Robidas said via NHL.com. "That is their identity. They have a lot of skill, too."

Phil Kessel leads Toronto with 34 points and is fourth in the NHL with 17 goals while James van Riemsdyk has 28 points off of 13 markers and 15 helpers and Tyler Bozak has lit the lamp 12 times and added 15 assists for 27 points.

The Flyers and Maple Leafs meet for the first time this season when the puck drops tonight live from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
