Former NBA player Stephen Jackson and his wife, Renata White Jackson, are going through a divorce, and it is not even close to amicable.
Jackson spent 14 years in the NBA. He most recently played for the Los Angeles Clippers, although he is currently a free agent. He and his wife have been estranged for some time while they have gone through divorce proceedings.

According to TMZ, Renata White Jackson filed for divorce in 2013 and says that she and Stephen were both instructed not to rid themselves of any major assets so that the court could properly divide the couple's material possessions. Stephen allegedly had other ideas.
On October 9 of this year, Jackson reportedly stole the keys to Renata's Bentley and sold it. According to Renata, he taunted her via text message after selling the car with texts that said, "Clearly u make a lot of decisions without me. So I sold [the Bentley] for what I pay for it. U can get something else." He later added, "I will spend it all before I let u take it and spend it..."
Jackson played for a number of NBA teams during his career and won a championship as a member of the 2003 San Antonio Spurs. He was famously involved in "The Malice at The Palace" in 2004 when a game between the Indiana Pacers and the Detroit Pistons devolved into a fistfight. A number of players, including Jackson were suspended following the incident. The video from the brawl can be seen below.
