Ray Allen, a future Hall of Famer who has not decided on whether he'll return for a 19th NBA season, is being courted by multiple teams including the reigning NBA champions San Antonio Spurs and the LA Clippers.

According to ESPN.com, the Spurs and Clippers have emerged as serious rivals of the Cleveland Cavaliers for the services of Allen, a two-time NBA champion. However, Allen has not decided on his future and would make a decision in September.

Allen is a free agent who last played for the Miami Heat. He announced last month he's still deciding on whether he'll return for another year, but the uncertainty over his future has not affected teams' interest in his services.

Leading the way for the Clippers is coach Doc Rivers, who has coached Allen in Boston. Although the Clippers don't have a lot of cap space to use on Allen, the team still has a roster spot left and could use Allen's three-point shooting and veteran leadership.

The Spurs also have one more roster spot to fill. ESPN.com reported recently that the Spurs are also looking at two international prospects-centers Gustavo Ayon of Mexico and Aron Baynes of Australia.

Before the Clippers and Spurs joined the Allen sweepstakes, it was widely believed that the Cavaliers were the frontrunners to get Allen's services. After all, the Cavs have four-time MVP LeBron James who is a close friend of the league's all-time three point king. The Cavs have boosted their roster with shooters like James Jones and Mike Miller in hopes of opening the lane for James.
