In his petition for sole custody, George accused the woman of being incapable of caring for the child because she is "currently unemployed and has refused to seek or gain employment and is dependent upon others for the care of the child," USA TODAY Sports reported.

The petition added that George has the means and resources to be a fully involved parent and to capably care for the child" and "is the best parent to care for the minor child on a day-to-day basis and to make necessary (decisions) for her in all areas of her life."

USA TODAY Sports added that George petitioned for limited parental time sharing for Rajic.

Rajic's attorney, Raoul Felder, fired back at George through the New York Post, saying Rajic currently is unemployed "because she has a 2-month-old child."

"This is grossly insulting to women," Felder said.

George's petition also asked the court that if he is the father but is not awarded sole custody, then Rajic receive an amount "less than Florida's child support guidelines."
