The Denver Nuggets won their sixth consecutive game with a 120-113 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday. Denver was led by a strong performance from their point guard, Ty Lawson.

Lawson was affective as both a scorer and distributor, scoring 24 points and dishing out seven assists. Nuggets small forward Danilo Gallinari was also a key factor in the team's win scoring 23 points, while grabbing four rebounds and adding in four assists of his own.

Tuesday's win marks just the 14th time the Nuggets have won a game away from the Pepsi Center. Despite a poor road record, Denver improves to an impressive 40-22 and trails Oklahoma City by five games for the top spot in the Northwestern division standings.

Sacramento saw an impressive performance from Marcus Thornton, who scored a game-high 32 points off the bench. However, the Nuggets were too efficient for the Kings, shooting 54.1 percent from the field and 8-16 from 3-point land.
