Cristiano Ronaldo Gets The MVP Award From Chinese Fans

Cristiano Ronaldo adds one more best player award to his tally of many before. This time, Chinese fans have awarded him as the Most Valuable Player for 2016.

For the Portugal Star and Captain Ronaldo, the previous year was the most successful year in his career as Real Madrid won the Champions League and also Portugal lifted the Euro Cup 2016. Cristiano Ronaldo was given FIFA's best award for the male player and his fourth Ballon d'Or which is the most for any European player ever in the history of awards.

To thank his fans Cristiano Ronaldo made a post on his Instagram to show the world his MVP award which said, "Thanks for the support of Chinese fans. Glad to be the All Football 2016 best player." This special award is given each year by the people of China who use Dongquidi which is a major social media group in China as reported in Daily Mail.

Ronaldo with a plethora of awards now has found a museum to place all his awards in honour of himself on his home island of Madeira. This award given to Ronaldo is just after the claim made by Spanish Publication who said that Ronaldo will be sold to China by the year 2019. He has signed a deal for five years as well worth £365,000-a-week last year. Perez wants to sell his star player to make some money as reported in The Sun.

Reports have been suggesting that Ronaldo can be sold to a Chinese club in 2018 as Perez is angry with Ronaldo who has a big influence on Madrid dressing room. Chinese club would be more than happy to have him.

Last year, Cristiano Ronaldo was also named as the world's best-paid athlete by Forbes and ESPN also ranked him the world's most famous athlete. Ronaldo has scored 18 goals in 22 games this season. It would be interesting to see if China gets CR7 in the future with them or not.
