Bar Owner Awarded $1.5 Million in Suit Over City's Attempt to Block 'Buck Foston' Name

The city of New Brunswick, N.J. was found guilty of violating a bar owner's First Amendment's rights by delaying and denying his liquor license application for an establishment because of the name and awarded the bar owner $1.5 million.
