Disgraced former NBA player Javaris Crittenton was in the process of brokering a deal to sell more than 400 kilos of cocaine at the time of his arrest last week, according to TMZ.

Crittenton, who is already facing murder charges, was also looking to move approximately 10 pounds of marijuana when he was taken into custody at his Fayetteville, Atlanta home last week, the website reports.

Crittenton remains best known for a 2010 gun-wielding locker room standoff with than Washington Wizards teammate Gilbert Arenas that led to both their suspensions for the remainder of the NBA season.

Atlanta authorities say the drug ring he was a part of has been operating since at least 2012 and the 400 kilos of cocaine equate to roughly 900 pounds. Crittenton would win another state title at Southwest Atlanta Christian in 2006 before playing for one year at Georgia Tech.

In the murder case, police charge that Crittenton and cousin Douglas Gamble opened fire outside an Atlanta barber shop after being robbed of more than $55,000 in personal items and jewelry, fatally striking a 22-year-old mother of four.
