The New York Giants defeated the Dallas Cowboys 29-24 in a closely fought game, continuing their winning streak at the Cowboys Stadium.

Cowboy's wide receiver Dez Bryant's 37-yard touchdown catch, which seemingly put the home team in front, was overturned after the officials reviewed it in the dying seconds.

The Giants quarterback Eli Manning said: "I couldn't quite believe they were able to hit a touchdown in that situation. I kind of kept looking for the replay. You know the game was not going to be over until that clock hit zero."

Sunday's game was the 20th occasion when the Giants rallied in the fourth quarter to win. They blew an early lead of 23-0.

Receiver Victor Cruz said about the victory: "It speaks about our resiliency. We know how to win these games. We've been in a bunch of them."

The Giants have won all 4 games played at the Cowboys Stadium since it opened in 2009 with a New York victory.

Jerry Jones, the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys said: "I'm very disappointed right now. I thought after all that, our defense played well enough, our offense kept going and I thought we were going to get a chance to pull one out."

The New Your Giants are now comfortably poised at the top of the NFC East following defeats suffered by Philadelphia Eagles (3-4) and the Washington Redskins (3-5) Sunday.

"We have good leadership, good people," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said. "They're fighters in that locker room. ... Sometimes it comes out differently than it was designed."

With just 44 seconds remaining, Bryant's impressive catch between two defenders was overturned by officials.

Giants defensive lineman Chris Canty said that the team had to be a little lucky after putting up such a solid performance initially.

"We scratched and scraped," he said. "At the end, we still had to have a little luck to pull that one out."

Osi Umenyiora, the Giants defensive end expressed concerns that losing after a huge lead would have been a bitter pill for the team to swallow.

"After going up 23-0 and having them come back like that and win, it was a very bad feeling. But thankfully, it wasn't in bounds. I don't think that's luck. He just didn't make the play."

Bryant was seemingly upset when his catch was overturned. He had five catches for 110 yards.

"When they took it away, my heart just dropped," Bryant said. "I had my mind set that if the ball is thrown to me, I don't care; I'm going to come down with it. And I came down with it and I thought I was in. It's frustrating."
