Apparently, Jerry Jones is too big of a target to receive a vanilla taunt.

The Philadelphia Eagles will travel to play the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night in the regular-season finale for both teams. The winner will advance to the playoffs as the NFC East champion; the loser will go home for the postseason.

With so much at stake, a radio station in Philadelphia has put up a billboard with a message to Jones, the Cowboys owner:

"Hey Jerry, Start Booking Tee Times!"

The station, 97.5 The Fanatic, tweeted that it has "about a dozen billboards in the Philly area that this is featured on. Plus more messages for Dallas to come."

The station also invites its audience to come up with other material in a tweet, "Think you can top this billboard? @HARRYMAYES975 @NK975"

The billboard, however, has drawn less-than-enthusiastic reviews.

USA TODAY Sports' For the Win said the billboard lacked a certain imagination.

"Can we top it? It would literally be impossible not to top this billboard. 'Hey Jerry, start booking tee times?' That's as toothless as a centenarian hockey player. A second-grader could come up with a better taunt than this. Was 'I know you are, but what am I' taken?

"Because what's precluding Jerry Jones from making a tee time next week, win or lose? He's the owner, not the quarterback. He can tee it up whenever he wants! Theoretically, if Jerry wanted to play 18 at Colonial on Sunday morning, he could do it and have plenty of time to unwind before Sunday night's game. Playing golf and making the playoffs are not mutually exclusive."

Fox Sports wasn't impressed, either.

"Let's just let that stinker of a joke sit for a minute. Holy cornball, Philadelphia.

"OK, we're all for taunting opponents but it's always better when you get a little creative with it. A tee time joke? Really? That's all you've got, 97.5 The Fanatic?

Come on, Philadelphia. You're better than this."
