WrestleMania 41 Night 2 roared to life after WWE Women's World Champion Iyo Sky defended her title against two of the most dominant forces in women's wrestling, Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.

With three of WWE's top female athletes colliding under the bright lights of the grandest stage, fans were treated to a fast-paced triple threat match full of surprises, athleticism, and jaw-dropping moments.

The most important part? Iyo Sky did not disappoint her fans when she said that she was going to win her match.

Iyo Sky Faces Her Greatest Challenge to Date

Entering WrestleMania 41, Iyo Sky was the underdog. Even though she was the current Women's World champion prior to the title contest, people thought she was no match for behemoths such as Belair and Ripley.

But Sky was not going to let them win. She did not step aside—she embraced the challenge.

A day before Sky's match, the 34-year-old Japanese wrestler posted a photo of herself on her official Instagram account.

Bianca Belair did not waste time targeting her longtime nemesis, Rhea Ripley, early in the match. The two giants engaged in ferocity as Sky remained nimble, biding her time.

Soon, Sky took to the air, unleashing an aerial attack, delivering a top-rope double knee drop that temporarily gained her dominance of the mayhem.

With Sky out, Ripley started asserting her dominance. She gave Razor's Edge to Razor Ramon, which got the crowd in an uproar. Her power superiority was evident as she easily lifted and hurled Sky and Belair.

The match turned into a slugfest as the three opponents were drained and on the mat in the middle of the ring—each biding time and waiting for the ideal moment to strike.

Sky bore the brunt of the punishment, face-planting after a vicious back-and-forth. But all three warriors finally got up, intent on winning—or retaining the championship gold.

Bianca Belair Brings the Fire

Belair wasn't going down without a fight. Forbes reported that she speared Sky with savage force and hit a picture-perfect 450 Splash, almost winning it all. But Ripley cut off the pinfall attempt with a Riptide, not wanting to surrender her WrestleMania moment. The crowd was on its feet as near-fall after near-fall left everyone in suspense.

Even when Belair performed her trademark KOD on Sky, Ripley was on hand once again to break the pin. The relentless tempo only grew more frantic as WrestleMania's first match kept raising the stakes.

Sky Steals the Show and the Victory

The last few minutes witnessed mayhem give way to brilliance. While Ripley was attempting to win the match and Belair was hanging off the top rope, Iyo Sky took advantage. Ripley threw Belair out of the ring and then threw Sky into the steel post. With Ripley looking to close the victory with a second Riptide, Belair reversed it into a second KOD on Sky.

Just as it seemed that Belair had the title in her sights, Iyo Sky flew off the top rope, planting a devastating moonsault on Belair. The timing was immaculate, and Sky rolled Belair into a hasty pin to hold the Women's World Championship dramatically.

What began as a David vs. Goliath challenge turned out in glory for Iyo Sky. With her WrestleMania 41 title defense, she not only shut down the naysayers but carved her name even further into WWE lore.

Up against two of the most honored women in the industry, Sky showed that she's not only a high-flyer, but she's also a champion who rises to the occasion.
