With the NFL draft coming around, trade rumors are warming up, with Atlanta Falcons' Kirk Cousins and Tennessee Titans' Will Levis both attracting attention.
NFL insider Josina Anderson reports that initial inquiries and internal discussions have both quarterbacks being named, which is a sign of possible activity prior to the draft.
Titans Considering Trade for Will Levis
The Tennessee Titans are said to be willing to part ways with Will Levis, their 2023 second-round draft pick.
Levis performed well in his first season, passing for 1,808 yards, eight touchdowns, and four interceptions over nine games. He had a poor season last year, posting 2,091 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions over 12 games.

Trading Levis Wouldn't Cost the Titans that Much
The Titans seem set to move on from him, with them reportedly ready to move on from Levis. Although his play has not lived up to expectations, Levis is still contracted on his rookie deal, meaning he is a low-risk pickup for teams wanting to have a young quarterback develop.
Even if Tennessee can't get a trade done, holding on to Levis as a backup wouldn't cost much because of the reasonable salary on his rookie contract.

Falcons Receiving Trade Inquiries for Kirk Cousins
According to Bleacher Report, multiple suitors have allegedly called the Atlanta Falcons about acquiring Kirk Cousins. Even after struggling through a miserable 2024 campaign, totaling 3,508 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and 16 picks in 14 games, Cousins is still high on the wishlist of teams needing a veteran signal-caller.
Cousins was not let go before the deadline for his $10 million roster bonus, indicating that Atlanta wants to keep him unless a workable trade option presents itself.
If he remains with the Falcons, Cousins will probably be a backup to rookie Michael Penix Jr., so a trade would be the most reasonable solution for both sides.
Potential Challenges in Trading Cousins
Trading Cousins might not be a straightforward affair. He has three years left on his four-year, $180 million contract, which might discourage trade partners from taking on such a big salary.
At his age and recent performance, the Atlanta Falcons might not receive the kind of return they want in a trade. That fact that teams are showing interest, though, means Atlanta might still have a chance to negotiate a fair deal before the draft.
Which Teams Might Be Interested?
Some teams that might seek out Cousins or Levis in advance of the draft include those that need a quarterback. Cousins, as an older quarterback, might serve as a bridge quarterback for some team seeking to groom a young gun or settle its offense.
Some teams, like the New England Patriots or Las Vegas Raiders, might look at getting Cousins in a stopgap measure.
For Levis, teams who have quarterback questions or want to build a young, skilled quarterback could be the callers. The Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, or perhaps even Washington Commanders could find value in taking the risk on Levis as a possible long-term solution.
