Yesterday, we reported that four Chilean nationals are at the center of an investigation into the burglary of Joe Burrow's Ohio home after being pulled over earlier this month.
In a recent report, police bodycam footage showed that one of the four burglars was spotted wearing a Bengals hat—just in time, they stopped in the traffic.
Traffic Stop Leads to Arrests
In a report by TMZ Sports, the Ohio State Highway Patrol pulled the car over for an improper lane change, but the situation quickly spiraled out of control. The officers said they smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle based on body camera footage.
Police found a designed bag and a suitcase containing an LSU shirt in the vehicle. They also found window punchers in the glove box, which are standard tools used in break-ins.
One suspect's most conspicuous object was a Bengals hat, which was believed to have been used in the burglary.
While these items have not been definitively linked to Burrow, their existence does raise questions in light of the ongoing investigation.

The Investigation So Far
Recalling the investigation, the police named four suspects—Alexander Chavez, Bastian Morales, Jordan Sanchez, and Sergio Cabello—who are currently facing four felony charges, including possession of criminal tools and participation in a criminal gang.
While burglary charges have not yet been filed, authorities indicate they may be in the future as the investigation continues.
What Ties the Suspects to the Burrow Heist?
Although the officials have not publicly confirmed these are the individuals involved in the burglary, the evidence seems strong. In December, Burrow's house was burglarized, and many expensive items were missing.
The tools, Bengals hat, and LSU gear that police found on these men are known to be related to the actual burglary.

The suspects are still behind bars as the investigation continues. Burglary charges will most likely be brought against the suspects if authorities have enough evidence to connect the men to the crime.
Joe Burrow has not commented on the recent events. However, fans of the Bengals quarterback and law enforcement are looking forward to the closure of the case, which has gained so much attention because of Burrow's celebrity status.
A few days after Burrow's house got burglarized, the Bengals QB said that his privacy was violated.
Aside from Joe, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce's homes were also burglarized. The FBI believed it was an organized crime orchestrated by an unknown group of people.
