With an impressive professional record of 11-1, Paul has made waves in the sport, having fought—and defeated—big names like Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley, and Ben Askren. However, his latest win, a unanimous decision victory over former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, appears to have been his swan song in the influencer boxing world.

According to The Mirror US, his professional boxing career kicked off in 2018 with a high-profile match against fellow influencer Deji, followed by a victory against AnEsonGib in 2020.

These initial bouts set the stage for his rapid ascent in the sport. Paul made his name by defeating other celebrity figures, including Nate Robinson and Tyron Woodley, and recently claimed a victory over the legendary Mike Tyson.

"People just love to hate me. I intentionally say things for people to hate. That's what I like to do. If people want to see more... give me a couple of months," Paul said.

Paul's time in the ring was filled with controversy, especially as he faced off against opponents from various backgrounds, including MMA fighters, former NBA stars, and even a boxing legend like Tyson.

In a surprise twist, Paul announced his retirement from influencer boxing, declaring that AnEsonGib is now the top fighter in this unique niche of the sport. Paul's decision was backed by his Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) organization, which confirmed the news on social media, reminiscing about Paul's early victories.

"Two fights, 2-0, 2 KOs. The best there was, is, and ever will be," MVP wrote on Instagram.

AnEsonGib's Rise as the New Influencer Boxing Champion

AnEsonGib, a former opponent of Paul, has now established himself as a dominant force in influencer boxing. Recently, Gib secured the Misfits middleweight championship after defeating Slim Albaher in Qatar.

Despite a controversial draw on one judge's card, Gib was awarded the victory with two judges scoring it in his favor. Following his win, Gib made a bold statement:

"From meme to the best; I'm the best fighter in influencer boxing." He also acknowledged the challenge posed by Albaher, who he described as a tough and skilled opponent.
