Mother of NFL star Travis Kelce, Donna Kelce, seemed to be entirely oblivious to whether her son plans on proposing to pop sensation Taylor Swift anytime soon.
Speaking to Page Six exclusively while attending the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, Donna confessed she has been kept out of her son's love life.
No Glimpse into Travis Kelce's Wedding Bells from Donna Kelce
When asked whether Travis could pop the question to Swift, Donna said, "I have no idea," while fans continued speculating what's in store for this high-profile romance. According to Page Six, she keeps herself out of her sons' relationship, especially that of her eldest son, Jason Kelce.
"Nobody knows that. We will see what happens. You never know," Donna told the news outlet on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
"I don't give my kids advice. They have everything all settled," "They're far more able to make those decisions on their own," the 71-year-old mother added.
Regardless of what we expect from the power couple, Donna told Glamour that the key to balancing her life as a working mom is to "rely on a support system."
Travis and Taylor's Growing Public Relationship
Even though Donna seems tight-lipped about whether or not she is planning on getting engaged, she has previously been vocal about her approval of the couple's relationship. The two made their relationship public when Swift was seen cheering Travis on at a Kansas City Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears in September 2023.
Since then, the "Love Story" singer has often accompanied him for the NFL games at Travis and was pictured together several times around town.
Travis even traveled to watch Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour stop. Their respective public relations have captured so much from fans and the media's mouthpiece who claim this is a future union or just friends having the time of their lives.
The Perfect Pair According to Donna
Lately, the extent to which Swift's rallying cry resonated - or will continue to ring out - was solidified by Donna Kelce, who met Swift a year ago and, within hours of the clip praising Swift and herself as Travis' "biggest fans," reposted it this past fall. Seen cheering alongside Swift at multiple NFL games, Donna and Swift appear to get along swimmingly.
While Donna insists that she is totally out of the loop regarding what her son chooses regarding dating, sources who spilled to Page Six, on Aug. 18 revealed that a proposal may be on the horizon.
Travis requested Scott Swift to give his blessing beforehand, and it has been stated that Scott, like a true father, "gave his wholehearted blessing."

Now, with fans following along as the romance between Donna Kelce and the NFL tight end Travis Kelce continues to evolve, it seems everybody's holding their breath for what might happen in the next chapter of the relationship.
