The New York Knicks were running on fumes as they battled against the Indiana Pacers in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals series on Sunday at the Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

Two of their players, OG Anunoby with a hamstring strain and Josh Hart with an abdominal strain, came into the game hobbling with injuries but still played.

During the all-or-nothing game, their best player, Jalen Brunson, sustained a fractured left hanb, which is his shooting hand.

After checking out of the game in the third quarter and going back to the locker room, the 2024 NBA All-Star was unable to return to the court.

The Knicks were eventually dealt a 130-109 loss by the Pacers, ending their memorable postseason run.

Aside from injuries to Brunson, Hart, and Anunoby, the Knicks were also without star Julius Randle, starting center Mitchell Robinson and Bojan Bogdanovic due to season-ending injuries.

OG Anunoby could not even run

Meanwhile, forward OG Anunoby, who had not played since sustaining a hamstring strain in Game 2, tried to contribute to his team by playing in Game 7.

However, it was apparent that he could not even run at full speed and was a liability on the court.

The British player only played five minutes before leaving the game for good, but he scored 5 points on a perfect 2-for-2 from the field, including one three-pointer.
