The 27-year-old scored 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting, 19 rebounds, ten assists, two steals, and one block, maintaining his perfect 10-0 record in career matchups against Davis.
The Kings took a gritty 120-107 victory at home over the Lakers on Wednesday, March 13, at the Golden 1 Center to sweep their season series, 4-0.
On the other hand, Davis had 22 points on 7-of-18 shooting, adding ten rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one block.

The Lithuanian-American's winning streak against the NBA 75th Anniversary Team member dates back to 2016, spanning his current tenure with the Kings and previous stints with the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers.
This streak includes Davis' tenure with the Lakers and his previous stint with the New Orleans Pelicans.

Former NBA player Kendrick Perkins, now an ESPN television analyst, made some fiery comments about the matchup between Sabonis and Davis.
