The Justin Fields era with the Chicago Bears may be coming to a close.

With the 2024 NFL Draft around the corner, the Bears may be looking for a fresh start at quarterback, leaving Fields out cold in the Windy City.

Fields has spent three seasons in Chicago and despite a solid season last year, throwing for 2,562 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, and nine interceptions, he hasn't quite lived up to expectations; failing to help the team make the playoffs in each season.

Bears general manager Ryan Poles said he intends to do right by his young quarterback when considering his NFL future.

The Bears will likely ship off the 25-year old quarterback, giving any quarterback-needy team in the league the chance to take a flier on the young dual threat QB.

Justin Fields: Atlanta Falcons

A return home may be what the doctor ordered for Fields' career.

Feelings around the league are that the Atlanta Falcons may walk away with the Atlanta native Fields, if the Bears opt to trade him.

It's no secret that the Falcons need an upgrade at quarterback after the poor play from Desmond Riddler and Taylor Heinke. They failed to help elevate their young stars on offense, forcing the Falcons to look elsewhere this offseason.

Fields could immediately come in as the day-one starter for the Falcons.

Atlanta has overgone a coaching change with Raheem Morris and, more importantly, hired offensive coordinator Zac Robinson, who runs an offense similar to Luke Getsy's in Chicago.

The Falcons have tons of firepower to help Fields on offense; running back Bijan Robinson, wide receiver Drake London, and tight end Kyle Pitts.

The Falcons currently own the 8th pick in this year's draft and have tons of draft assets that could help the Bears in their rebuild.

Justin Fields: Las Vegas Raiders

Despite Aidan O'Connell's strong finish to the regular season, the Las Vegas Raiders could possibly be looking to go in a different direction at quarterback next season.

ESPN Jeremy Fowler reported that the Raiders had interest in trading for Justin Fields.

The Raiders had a disappointing season last year, finishing the 2023 season at 8-9 in the AFC West. They signed Jimmy Garoppolo in hopes of turning their fortune around. However, the franchise benched him in the middle season due to his poor play.

Fields can be an instant upgrade in Vegas, a team looking to improve in a seemingly stacked AFC West.

The Raiders have tons of players for FIelds to throw to; like wideouts Devante Adams, who has continued to be one of the best wide receivers in the league, along with Hunter Renfrow and Jakobi Meyers.

Justin Fields: New England Patriots

With reports of the Patriots going in a different direction at quarterback, Justin Fields could be a likely candidate for the Patriots under new head coach Jerrod Mayo, who could choose to not roll with taking a QB in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The Patriots are fresh off a 4-13 season with quarterback Mac Jones under center, the worst for the franchise that has dominated for over twenty seasons under Brady and Belichick.

Fields could prove as an upgrade over Mac Jones when you factor in his rushing ability.

The Patriots offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt can help Fields get to another level as he has worked with some of the best quarterbacks in Aaron Rodgers, Baker Mayfield, Deshaun Watson and Ryan Fitzpatrick.
