Nuggets' Nikola Jokic is reportedly angry with teammates. Okay, well, not actually.
The reigning NBA Finals MVP celebrated his birthday last week, but his teammates did not get him anything for the special occasion.
In a post-game interview, Jokic was asked if he had received any gifts for his birthday last week from his teammates.
The all-star big man Jokingly replied that his teammates were the worst because they failed to bring him any gifts.
"Nothing, absolutely nothing," Jokic said.
He adds,"It's crazy. Bad teammates, bad teammates, terrible teammates."
The Joker celebrated his 29th birthday after playing in the 2024 NBA All-Star game in Indianapolis. It was the sixth all-star game of his career.
There's no hint that Jokic received any gifts for his special day as the all-star big man isn't active on any social media account platform. It's difficult to tell if he even celebrated his birthday at all.
The two time MVP turns 30 next season so there may be more emphasis to get Jokic something for his birthday then.
