This year's 2024 NFL Pro Bowl roster was just announced yesterday and following the release there are some questionable players left off the team this year-round. Here is a short list of five players that we think got the short end of the stick in the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl voting.
1) 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Roster: Buffalo Bills Josh Allen
Now this seems to be the most outrageous miss in 2024 NFL Pro Bowl voting. How does the Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who leads the league in touchdowns, not get the invite to the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl. Well, here's the reason, he is second in interceptions this year so far heading into the final week of the season. But come on now, Bills running back James Cook made it and also Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins; how does a potential MVP candidate not make it? I mean if it makes Bills fans feel better, the other Josh Allen, linebacker on the Jacksonville Jaguars, made the cut,
2) 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Roster: Chicago Bears DJ Moore
Another odd miss on Pro Bowl invites is Bears wide receiver DJ Moore. In Moore's first season with the Bears, he totaled 1,300 receiving yards and eight receiving touchdowns. DJ Moore quickly became quarterback Justin Fields' favorite receiver throughout the season; also, Moore continued to produce decent numbers in the few games Fields was absent. Moore has yet to receive the honor of an NFL Pro Bowl invite despite his ability to continue to put up good numbers even on lower end talent teams with middle ground quarterback play. But like most athletes, Moore took to X in wake of his 2024 NFL Pro Bowl absence.

3) 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Roster: New York Jets Quincy Williams
We could probably make a list of just Jets players who should have made the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl, but we will keep it simple with the most heinous snub pertaining to the Jets. Quincy Williams put up a great 2023 NFL season, holding stats comparable to elite company linebackers like San Francisco 49ers Fred Warner. On the bright side, Quincy's brother, defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, did make the cut. But something is left to desire as Quincy Williams will not be joining his brother in Orlando, Florida for the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl.
4) 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Roster: Detroit Lions Amon-Ra St. Brown
What if I told you that a wide receiver that is top five in receiving yards, receptions, and touchdowns didn't make the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl? You'd probably ask who still cares about the NFL Pro Bowl. It's no question that making the NFL Pro Bowl as a wide receiver is not an easy task, being one of the most talent heavy positions in the NFL. But Amon-Ra St. Brown did put up an admirable season for Detroit, leading the team in targets and receiving yards. I'm sure that now with the Lions finally returning to the playoffs, St. Brown and Detroit are looking to hoist the Lombardi more than Pro Bowl bragging rights.
5) 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Roster: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Antoine Winfield Jr.
Tampa Bay's safety Antoine Winfield Jr. also felt a little left out in not making the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl cut. Winfield has been a cornerstone to head coach Todd Bowles' defense, in that Winfield has compiled all around good stats throughout the season. Leading all other defensive backs in sacks (5), along with adding five forced fumbles, and three interceptions makes a serious case for a Pro Bowl candidate safety. But like the other snubs, Winfield vents his dishonor through social media.
