Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was delighted by his team's result after they claimed a crucial 5-1 victory in their UEFA Europa League group stage match against French side Toulouse FC on Thursday, October 26 at their home ground Anfield in Liverpool.
"I think I've said before, I think it's really easy to fall in love with this team because it [has] so much excitement in it," the 56-year-old tactician declared.
Klopp also emphasized the need for the team to "make massive steps", nothing that they have to grow and get more stable to take things further in the tournament.
"We have to do a lot of things but a lot of signs are really promising," the German manager added.
For the first time in seven years, Liverpool is absent from top-tier European football, as they did not secure qualification for the 2023-24 UEFA Champions League.
This came after finishing in fifth place in a disappointing Premier League campaign last season, despite their consistent success in the Champions League in recent years.

The Reds were on fire throughout the entire match, finding the back of the net through forward Diogo Jota, defensive midfielder Wataru Endō, who opened his goal-scoring account for the club, striker Darwin Nunez, midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, and star forward Mohamed Salah.
On the other hand, Dutch forward Thijs Dallinga scored the lone goal for Toulouse.
