Mixed martial arts fighter Nate Diaz wants another shot at social media influencer Jake Paul, daring the latter to face him in December.

The 38-year-old appears to be pushing himself to be the Problem Child's next opponent, even if their first clash was disappointing. However, this did not stop the veteran UFC fighter from putting up a poster on Instagram, which many considered fake.

"Rematch December," Diaz said in his Instagram post. "You ain't got nobody to fight."

The first Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz encounter hardly impressed many. Paul won via unanimous decision over the MMA fighter who was making his boxing debut in August, TMZ reported.

Jake Paul's response to Nate Diaz

Considering Diaz's poor effort in hyping the fight, the chances of seeing a Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz II do not look promising. However, the 26-year-old did give Diaz a potential target instead after toying around with the free-agent fighter's original post.

Paul suggested that Diaz instead face Derrick Sullivan of Betr Media. Both had a colorful history when Paul and Diaz were having their media tour for the August fight, Bloody Elbow reported.

Nate Diaz's odds not even close

Another point worth considering is that Diaz isn't even on the list of odd makers who would be worth watching against Jake Paul.

KSI is at the top of that list with +200 odds, followed by Derek Brunson (+300) and Dillon Danis (+500).

Nothing has been made official on who Jake Paul will face in December, although he does have worthy opponents to consider, per the Bleacher Report.
