LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has undoubtedly set a high bar for basketball, something that many expect from his kids. For now, the attention is on Bronny James, although the 19-year-old is dealing with a health issue that has paused his basketball career.
Regardless, those who saw Bronny James play have already pointed out glaring shortcomings from the eldest child of LeBron James. Some scrutinize his lack of athleticism, perceived as one of the weaknesses of the teenager.
Aware of the flak, the four-time NBA champion responded in the most sane way.
The 38-year-old cager responded to a post explaining why it may be too early to scrutinize Bronny's lack of athleticism, CBS Sports reported.
"Exactly!!! He's definitely just as if not right there at his age. The casuals just like to argue about they literally don't know about," the 19-time All-Star tweeted.
Despite his lack of athleticism, Bronny James has proven to be a hard worker. Critics see Bryce James, the 16-year-old son of the future NBA Hall of Famer, as more athletic, although both are still young.
Bronny James is working on getting himself back into the basketball groove after suffering from cardiac arrest a couple of months ago.
LeBron James revealed that Bronny underwent surgery to address a congenital heart defect. However, the NBA superstar also said that his 19-year-old son plans to rejoin the USC Trojans this season.
