The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs do not play until Week 11, a game in which American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is likely to be present.

The 33-year-old has been a polarizing figure for the Chiefs, particularly when games are held at the GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. With her rumored romance with Travis Kelce still a hot topic, it is most likely that Taylor Swift will be there.

Hence, this early, at least one Eagles player is pleading with Swift not to attend the game - Eagles cornerback Darius Slay.

The 32-year-old player made the call on his podcast, aware that Swift bring something different that will make it difficult for the Eagles to come out of it with a win.

"Do not come to the game 'cause it seems like you bring the energy of winning," Slay said on his podcast. "So do not come to that game."

Taylor Swift making a difference for the Chiefs

Undoubtedly, the NFL has benefitted a lot from Taylor Swift's presence in the Chiefs' previous games. However, Kelce believes the league is overdoing it a bit since the focus is on him and his relationship with Swift, CBS News reported.

Regardless, the presence of the American singer has given the Chiefs a huge boost, and this is something that Slay and other NFL teams may be wary about.

On the other end, the Eagles are soaring after securing their fourth-straight win on Sunday, October 1, at the expense of the Washington Commanders, 34-31, in overtime, NBC Sports reported.

The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5, looking to keep their record unblemished. Based on the BetMGM NFL odds, Philly is a 4.5 favorite to prevail over the Rams, who have a 2-2 win-loss record, per USA Today.
