The New York Giants endured a difficult Monday Night Football matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on October 2, resulting in a tough 24-3 loss on their home turf at the MetLife Stadium.
The loss dropped the Giants to a 1-3 record for the season, which is last place in the NFC East.
Quarterback Daniel Jones' recurring turnover problem, which has haunted him this season, was evident in this game as he surrendered the ball three times.

"Obviously, I didn't play well enough, it was unacceptable, and I let the team down. I know I have to play better, and I'm going to work as hard as I possibly can to get it right," the 26-year-old said.
Perhaps the worst moment of the evening for the Giants was when rookie cornerback Devon Witherspoon of the Seahawks intercepted a pass and returned it for a 97-yard touchdown. This happened as the Giants were in the midst of a drive late in the third quarter.
Despite the turnovers, Jones ended the night with a 27-of-34 passing for 203 yards, but also suffering two interceptions.
Additionally, he carried the ball ten times, leading the team with 66 rushing yards, although he fumbled during one of the sacks inflicted by the Seahawks' defense.
Seahawks tie team record
The Seahawks equaled a franchise record by registering 11 sacks during the game. The last time the team accomplished this feat was in a game against the Raiders in 1986.
