The Milwaukee Bucks have been touted as NBA title contenders after acquiring Damian Lillard in the three-team trade involving the Portland Trail Blazers and the Phoenix Suns.

And while most are raving about the potential duo of Lillard and two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, sports media personality Skip Bayless had a different take on the blockbuster NBA trade.

Bayless felt that letting Jrue Holiday go was costly for the Bucks, particularly on the defensive end.

"Trading Holiday for Lillard just made the Bucks a little worse," Bayless tweeted.

Aside from Bayless, Colin Cowherd also reacted to the trade, saying the Bucks "clearly" listened to the demands of Antetokounmpo, Fox Sports reported.

As a result of the Lillard move to the Bucks, Milwaukee is now bumped ahead of Boston to rule the Eastern Conference this season, per BetMGM.

The Miami Heat have become longshots again, falling behind the Philadelphia 76ers and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What will the Miami Heat do now?

A huge question is whether Damian Lillard will be content with staying in Milwaukee. He was adamant about moving to the Heat before the blockbuster deal fell through.

Assuming it is the end of the Heats' pursuit of Lillard, team president Pat Riley will need to divert his attention to getting other talent to join Jimmy Butler and the gang.

Jrue Holiday is believed to be a potential target, someone who can help them defensively, according to sources cited by Yahoo Sports. But the asking price of the Blazers will certainly be in play.

There is also James Harden, although landing the 2018 NBA MVP will not be easy. Regardless, expect the Heat to resort to alternatives if the Damian Lillard drama has indeed come to a close.
