England and Manchester United goalkeeper Mary Earps blasted sportswear giant Nike for not selling a replica version of the goalkeeper shirt she wore during the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Nike released a statement ahead of the Women's World Cup final that they understood the desire for a retail version of the England goalkeeper jersey to be available to the public and that they are now working towards solutions for future tournaments.

The 30-year-old responded to the sportswear giant by posting a screenshot of the statement on her Instagram Story.

"Nike, is this your version of an apology/taking accountability/a powerful statement of intent?," the most recent winner of The Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper Award asked.

Some fans resorted to buying knockoff shirts or making their own just to be able to represent Earps during the tournament.

In July, Earps initially said it was "hugely hurtful" that fans could not buy her replica shirt.
