Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is confident of his greatness on the basketball court.

The four-time NBA champion is usually regarded as one of the greatest point guards of all time, but he believes he is at the top among floor generals who ever played the game.

In a recent appearance on former NBA player Gilbert Arenas' Gil's Arena Show, the 35-year-old did not hesitate to say yes when Arenas asked if he was the best point guard ever, noting that Lakers legend Magic Johnson is still in the conversation.

Arenas pointed out Curry's influence on the game, particularly on kids today trying to emulate his style of play, which means beyond the statistics when you look at Curry and Johnson's accolades and resumes.

The league's first unanimous MVP still gave his flowers to the iconic Lakers floor general.

"I really feel like - to your point, Magic's resume is ridiculous. The fact that we're even having that conversation is a place I never thought I would be in," Curry said.

Notable Lakers fan thinks that Curry is better than Magic

Rapper Snoop Dogg, a well-known die-hard supporter of the purple-and-gold franchise, said that Curry "may be" the greatest point guard of all time during an appearance last May in ESPN's First Take with Stephen A. Smith, even with his friendship with Johnson.

The 51-year-old said that Curry made the three-pointer "friendly" and the "first option" on offense.
