Miami Dolphins and Tyreek Hill can now go into the new season without distraction after the wide receiver and his complainant over assault charges arrived at a settlement.
Senior NFL insider reported that Evan Feldman, the lawyer representing the employee of Kelly Fleet whom Hill allegedly assaulted during the Father's Day weekend, decided to settle the dispute with the NFL star.
Feldman and Hills' attorney Julius Collins said in a joint statement:
"The parties to the incident which occurred on June 18th, 2023 at the Haulover Marina involving Tyreek Hill have resolved their differences."

The incident between Hill and the employee occurred on June 18 at the Haulover Marina. Fox Sports' Andy Slater reported that Hill and his group boarded a boat manned by the victim without asking for permission, leading to an argument.
The Miami-Dade Police Department said the confrontation ended after Hill struck the employee in the head.
No more downhill for Hill this season?
Hill was never asked about the incident again. He did not talk about it, too.
The four-time First Team All-Pro has his eyes set on the new season now, even promising to top his previous records and win his second Super Bowl with the Dolphins.
"2,000 yards was on my bucket list to get before I leave this league, 2,000 yards, and another Super Bowl -- we getting that," he vowed during an appearance at the "It Needed to be Said" podcast.
With the assault charges distraction gone, Dolphins fans can expect Hill to go all in for those guarantees now.
