Green Bay Packers De'Vondre Campbell has warned opponents as he looks forward to his eighth year as a pro after a 2022 season cut short by injury.

The 30-year-old linebacker took to Twitter to express his excitement for the upcoming season and, at the same time, warn his rivals that he is much better now than last year after shaking off the injury bug.

"I was just hitting my stride this game starting to feel like myself after dealing with a nagging shoulder that I never told anyone about and then I injured my knee the next game in Buffalo," Campbell wrote on Twitter in reaction to a tackle video of him posted by fan page @itzzSKL.

"I never question Gods plan but I'm feeling 100% healthy and everyone gotta deal with me."

The Buffalo game he talked about was the one in October where he hurt his knee. One thing led to another, and he did not return to the gridiron until December 4 against the Chicago Bears.

Campbell probably feels he was not able to show his true form with those missed games.

Campbell has been walking the talk

The tweets may sound like someone is talking to imaginary hate, but that is Campbell, always looking for ways to motivate himself.

That probably works because he is one of the most serviceable defenders in the league when he is healthy.

His game elevated when he moved to the Packers, even winning the NFC Defensive Player of the Month in October 2021.

He is also some sort of Ironman, missing just five games in seven seasons.
