NBA Insider Reveals Draymond Green Isn't the Only One Who Has Issues With Jordan Poole

It looks like it is not just Draymond Green who had issues with Jordan Poole.

Green was not punished harshly for punching him during the off-season last year, and now, Poole is off the team and has joined the Washington Wizards.

Recent revelations by The Ringer's Logan Murdock suggest Poole was not popular in the Golden State Warriors locker room. Worse, he had issues with each of the veterans.

"All the established guys had some version of a problem with Jordan Poole, whether it was Klay ironically saying that Jordan doesn't pass the ball enough and shoots too much," Murdoch said.

"And then you have Draymond, who sees Jordan as this guy, is like: 'Yeah, I did punch him. I did do all these things, but now I don't have a voice within the locker room because of what happened.'... And then you have Steph who is trying to bring all of this together."

Poole was drafted in 2019 as the Warriors' 28th overall pick. He was instrumental in the team's 2022 championship, averaging 17 points per game off the bench.

Clues Poole was the odd man out

Poole and Draymond seem to have patched things up before the start of the season, but it is obvious they could not go back to the way things were before the punching incident.

Green posted a video rounding up his Top 5 players from random teams. Washington Wizards came up, and the shooting guard position is available. He did not pick Poole and instead filled the power forward position with Kyle Kuzma.

In May, Steve Kerr told ESPN's Kendra Andrews that trust is lost in the team and "we have to get back to what made us successful, which is a trusting environment."
