"I 100% think it's a great fit. It's not like they're paying him top dollar. They just need a quarterback that knows how to run the system," Gronkowski said.

Jimmy Garoppolo Signs With Las Vegas Raiders
The 31-year-old quarterback signed a three-year, $67.5 million contract with the Raiders last March.
Following reports that six-time Pro Bowl selection Davante Adams was disgruntled with the Raiders' front office due to their differing opinions on what's best for the team, Gronkowski elaborated that the Raiders do not need a First-Team All-Pro quarterback, they only need someone who knows how to operate, and that's precisely what Garoppolo offers to the table.
Garoppolo and Gronkowski played together for four seasons in New England from 2014 to 2017, where the former was backup to superstar Tom Brady. They won two Super Bowls during that span.
Following a move to San Francisco in 2017, Garoppolo led the 49ers to the Super Bowl LIV against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020, coming up short on the grand stage.
