Tori Bowie Found Dead Inside Her Home, Cause Unconfirmed

Frentorish "Tori" Bowie, an Olympian and native of Mississippi, passed away at 32, as reported by multiple sources and confirmed by her agent.

Bowie hailed from Sand Hill and was a former track star at Southern Miss, winning an NCAA long jump championship for indoor and outdoor competitions.

She went on to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympics, where she won three medals - gold in the 4x100m relay, silver in the 100 meters, and bronze in the 200 meters.

Bowie was a decorated athlete who earned All-American honors three times at USM and also competed at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London. Her last official competition was in 2022.

Tori Bowie's Death, No Signs of Foul Play

Bowie's representative, Kimberly Holland, stated that Bowie was discovered deceased at her Florida residence, and the reason behind her passing remains unclear.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida conducted a well-being check at Bowie's home, and officers found her deceased. The initial investigation revealed no signs of foul play.

Bowie's management expressed their sadness in an Instagram post, describing her as a champion and a beacon of light. They referred to her as a dear friend, daughter, and sister and offered their condolences to her family and friends.

The passing of Frentorish "Tori" Bowie has saddened many in the sports world and beyond, and she will be remembered for her impressive athletic achievements and the impact she had on those around her.
