Dwyane Wade's disgruntled ex-wife is seeking to have their court-ratified divorce deal overturned, and charges she never signed off on the deal that netted her $5 million in cash and other perks, GossipExtra.com reports.

Siovaughn Funches has also fired her 12th attorney as she seeks to haul the Miami Heat star back to court by appealing a family court decree rendered in early July.

According to Gossip Extra, Funches contends not only did she not sign the agreement, she never agreed to it. She added she has now fired Chicago-based attorney Brian Hurst who worked on constructing the deal.

"I'm in a result oriented business," Hurst told Gossip Extra, adding that if the appeals court indeed sides with Funches she could be awarded a bigger settlement from Wade. Hurst later added his now ex-client also runs the risk of being ordered to return some of the money Wade has already paid her in proceedings that could take up to two years to complete.

Funches' remaining Boca Raton-based attorney Lisa Macci told Gossip Extra one of the items her client most disagrees with is a schedule of fines she potentially faces if she were to criticize the three-time NBA champion in public.

The former high school sweethearts were divorced in 2010, with Wade being granted custody of their two young sons.
