A dead body of a worker was found in a freezer at the SunTrust Park in Tuesday's game between the Braves and the Reds.

According to the police report, the body was found inside a beer freezer at the stadium by one of the workers of a third-party contractor.

The Cobb County Police is currently working together with the Braves to help determine the suspect of the crime. The body was found before the first pitch at around 7:35 p.m. Eastern Time.

The authorities said that they won't be releasing the identity of the body until the family members are notified of the incident. Officer Sara O'Hara added that she won't be giving any speculation as to what happened since the investigation is still active.

"This is still an active investigation so I am unable to speculate whether or not foul play is a factor," O'Hara said.

Reds Beat Braves

In spite of the incident, the game still went on as the Reds broke the hearts of the fans following a tight 5-3 victory over the Braves. It was indeed a sweet revenge for the Reds who suffered a 5-4 loss to the same Braves' team on Monday. With the victory, the Cincinnati Reds improved to 33-46 win-loss, which is good for 13th place in the National League.

On the other hand, the Atlanta Braves dropped to 45-33 for the second spot in the National League just behind conference leaders Milwaukee Brewers, which holds a 46-32 slate. Both teams hope to settle the score when they battle this Wednesday.

After Wednesday's match, the Braves will have little time to rest as they head to Saint Louis to battle the Cardinals on Friday. Meanwhile, the Reds will hope to end June on a high note as they host a three-game homestand against the Brewers starting on Thursday.

Prior to Tuesday's gut-wrenching loss to the Reds, the Braves were on a two-game winning streak beating the Baltimore Orioles 7-3 last Sunday before escaping Cincinnati the next day. However, the month of June hasn't been that kind for the Braves as the team lost 10 of their last 22 games.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati wasn't impressive, as well as it dropped nine of its last 22 matches. Regardless of their previous shortcomings, the Reds have managed to recover winning eight of their last nine games which were highlighted by a seven-game winning streak that ended on Monday.
