The WWE will hold its first ever "Superstar Shake-Up" next week on Monday Night Raw. The latest rumors suggest that Roman Reigns will be staying on Raw while A.J. Styles is moving from SmackDown Live to the red brand.

According to WWE.com, the "Superstar Shake-Up" will allow Raw general manager Kurt Angle and SmackDown general manager Daniel Bryan to improve their respective rosters. They are allowed to make deals and trades that can shake up the landscape of the WWE.

One of the rumored deals for next week's "Superstar Shake-Up" is Roman Reigns going to SmackDown in exchange for A.J. Styles. WWE chairman hinted the possibility of sending "The Big Dog" to the blue brand in a conference call last month, via Wrestling Inc.

"If you haven't seen a Roman Reigns on SmackDown, then when he does - if and when he does - then that's really a big thing. It freshens up talent, and it gives us a much longer range in terms of the use of those talents and the IP that goes with them," McMahon said.

On the other hand, Vince also wants A.J. Styles on Raw because he believes "The Phenomenal One" can improve the ratings of the Monday night show. The red brand has been struggling with viewers while SmackDown beat Raw last year thanks in large part to Styles.

However, Cageside Seats reports that the WWE has changed their plans for next week's "Superstar Shake-Up." Roman Reigns will now be staying on Raw since Brock Lesnar will be absent for the next couple of months but Styles is still linked to a move to Monday nights.

Other rumored superstars being involved in the shake-up include The New Day moving from Raw to SmackDown Live. A Charlotte Flair for Alexa Bliss trade is also being discussed while another Raw tag team is set to jump ship to the blue brand.

Nevertheless, these are just rumors at the moment and should be taken with a grain of salt. The WWE tends to change their plans on a regular basis. Plans will probably be finalized just hours before the start of next week's Raw.
