Michael Schumacher is considered by many as the greatest Formula One driver in history. He seemed to have passed his skills to his only son, Mick, who signed with Mercedes-Benz to become a brand ambassador.

According to Motor Authority, Mick Schumacher is the newest brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz. The 18-year-old prospect starred in several comedy videos titled "Fahrschule Furious" that shows him in a driving school.

The only son of Michael Schumacher is nicknamed "Quick Mick" and he has already been scouted by both Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari as a possible prospect for their teams. Mick will make his F3 debut this year at the 2017 FIA Formula 3 European Championship.

Mick Schumacher is currently under Italian Prema Powerteam and he will use Mercedes-AMG Formula 3 engine in his F3 debut. He finished second in the Italian and German F4 championship last year. There's a lot of pressure on Mick to be just as good as Michael Schumacher.

Nevertheless, the good news comes after a couple of bad ones for Michael Schumacher and his family in the past couple of weeks. The first bad news was Mercedes-Benz removing the "Keep Fighting" initiative from their cars in 2017, AutoWeek.

However, the company noted that they still have more projects with the family and the one with Mick Schumacher is a good proof. The second bad news was the death of Karl-Heinz, the favorite uncle of Michael Schumacher.

According to The Daily Star, Karl-Heinz reportedly died at the age of 65 years old due to complications from colorectal cancer. Michael Schumacher was close to his uncle because Karl-Heinz took care of his mother, Elisabeth, after his parents' divorce.

As for an update on his health, Michael Schumacher and his family have been silent about his real status. He is under care by his own private group of nurses and doctors in Switzerland with his fans and family hoping he can still recover from the head injuries he suffered in December 2013.
