Ferrari seems unable to keep itself restrained on the track in spite having an established speedster reputation. Since 2012, the Italian automaker has a couple of enhancements over the 599 brand. Although the F12berlinetta is on the road to bring back the intensity of past models like the 365 GTB/4, the 250 GTO and the 275 GTB, the race-oriented company is bent to keep its engine humming and instill a far quicker pace.

With this year's Geneva Motor Show in the horizon, the F12berlinetta upgrade will be unraveled on the platform. The Ferrari 812 Superfast variant comes out with a thorough redesigning approach. It is perceived that the number name of the car indicates its engine output and the number of cylinders under the hood.

With a 6.3-liter V-12 engine in place, this is probably the most powerful machine ever produced by Ferrari so far. The Superfast unleashes 789hp with a 530 pound-feet of torque. It is able to accelerate to 62mph in less than three seconds with a 211mph top speed.

Although the fastback smoothness and the high tail with dual-box feature still remain, notable changes have revolutionized the Ferrari 812 Superfast edition. A mesh grille with a considerable intake has replaced the classic slats. The aerodynamics capacity has been vastly improved with the addition of two new flaps plus a bumper upgrade.

Although the 812 is around 75 percent affiliated to its predecessors in terms of build, the main frame of the unit has been extended towards the nose. Taking the place of the central air intake is a V-shaped design along the hood. Two new headlamps are also added.

On the side, the Ferrari 812 Superfast has installed its doors that are aligned with the side skirt. Such orientation provides the automobile a more profound and muscular projection. Meanwhile at the rear, large exhaust pipes have been instituted in addition to the new smaller taillights.

According to the Maranello-based auto manufacturer, the Ferrari 812 model is the first company unit to use electric power steering which will have a considerable influence on the car's performance. The Side Slip Control and Virtual Short Wheelbase systems are in place to enhance handling and response.
