You are "the biggest crybaby I know," Vince Carter shouted to Dwight Howard during a second quarter timeout the Houston Rockets center spent chastising a referee for what he considered a missed call during the Mavs 123-120 Wednesday night victory.

"All the time," Carter told ESPN after the game about Howard's incessant whining. "He always talks about how I'm a crybaby. I was like, 'Yo, you're the biggest crybaby I know.' And then later, he's like, 'Yo, why'd you say that to me?' But I know Dwight. It's all good, but he is a crybaby."

An Orlando resident, Carter has played countless summer pickup games with Howard and spent more than a season as his teammate with the Magic.

"I mean, he takes a lot of punishment, but I'm like, 'Yo, c'mon Dwight, c'mon. You elbowed, you're sitting in the paint the entire time. What are you whining about?' He told me to stop crying. I was like, 'What? Are you serious?'"

After spurning Dallas in summer free agency, Howard had one of his best games of the year against the Mavs, finishing with 33 points and 11 rebounds.
