The WWE's 27th annual Survivor Series pay-per-view emanates live this Sunday from the TD Garden in Boston and while most of the matches have been made, the WWE put the finishing touches on the card by adding an Intercontinental Championship match and announcing that legendary superstar Bret "The Hitman" Hart will be involved in the pre-show for the event Sunday. Hart recently spoke about his role.

Hart, whose most infamous Survivor Series moment revolves around the "Montreal Screwjob" that saw Vince McMahon put Shawn Michaels over Hart without Hart's knowledge in 1997 during a WWE Championship match, having referee Earl Hebner call for the bell when Michaels had Hart in his own sharpshooter.

Hart thought in real life that he was going to win the match, and angrily destroyed things around ringside after the match before leaving for WCW, holding a hatred for McMahon and Michaels for years to come.

Hart and the WWE ended their longtime standoff back in 2006 with Bret being inducted into the WWE's Hall of Fame, and now he'll partake in the pre-show for the very event where the prime of his career in WWE ended.

"I have the odd cameo on WWE, but it's more fun than anything else," Hart told The Calgary Herald. "But I enjoy the thrill of going back and being in front of the crowds again. Even if it's just sort of a flashback where it's just for a few minutes, it's kind of nice."

The pre-show will also contain a grudge match between The Miz and Kofi Kingston as a prelude to the pay-per-view event.

Triple H announed in an interview with Michael Cole that the Intercontinental Championship will be on the line as Big E Langston will go head-to-head against the very man that he defeated on Monday Night RAW in Curtis Axel in a rematch for the IC gold.

The main matches on the card are the WWE Championship bout between Randy Orton and The Big Show as well as John Cena defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Alberto Del Rio in a rematch from the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view in October.

There are also two traditional Survivor Series matches on the card as Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Rey Mysterio and The Usos take on The Shield and The Real Americans in a five-on-five elimination tag match and Cameron, Naomi, Natalya, Eva Marie, Jo Jo and The Bella Twins take on AJ Lee, Tamina, Alicia Fox, Kaitlyn, Summer Rae, Rosa Mendes and Aksana in a seven-on-seven Divas traditional match.

A big tag match is also slated for the card as CM Punk and Daniel Bryan do battle with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan at Survivor Series to settle their score.

This looks to be the final card as the WWE heads towards the 27th annual Survivor Series event this Sunday in Boston.
