Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Minnesota Wild (13-4-4, 30 points) and Montreal Canadiens (10-9-2, 22 points) hit the ice at the Bell Centre in Montreal for the second of three meetings against each other this season. Minnesota enters the game on a 7-0-1 run for an eight-game point streak while Montreal is coming off of a loss that saw goaltender Carey Price's shutout streak snap at 145:42. Last time these teams met, the Wild defeated the Canadiens 4-3 in Minnesota.

The Wild defeated the Winnipeg Jets 2-1 Sunday to bring their current winning streak to four games.

"Our team is not giving up much and when they do, that's when I have to make that big save," goaltender Josh Harding said after the game via NHL.com. "But I can't say enough about how the D-men are playing, coming back to get the puck and breaking it out clean. It's fun to watch."

Harding is an astounding 12-2-2 this season with a league-leading 1.25 goals-against average and an NHL-best .946 save percentage while Price is 7-8-0 for Montreal with a 2.05 GAA and a .936 save percentage.

Despite making 33 saves against the New York Rangers on Sunday, Price and the Canadiens dropped the contest 1-0 at Madison Square Garden. Price put up a great effort in the loss.

"He's been that way all year and we've been talking about it all year," Canadiens captain Brian Gionta (4-5-9) told NHL.com of Price. "He's given us a chance, and unfortunately we need to find ways to generate more pressure."

The Canadiens have been led by defensemen P.K. Subban who leads the team in points (17) and assists (14) and has added three goals while Alex Galchenyuk has two goals in the last four games for a total of four tallies with 11 helpers for 15 points and Lars Eller (seven goals, six assists) and Tomas Plekanec (six goals, seven assists) each have 13 points.

Captain Zach Parise has paved the way for Minnesota, notching 18 points off of ten goals and eight assists while Mikko Koivu has lit the lamp four times and added 13 assists for 17 points and Jason Pominville has found the twine 12 times and added four goals for 16 points.

The Wild look to win their fifth straight game while the Canadiens will hope that their goalie will continue to stand on his head when these teams hit the ice tonight in Montreal.
