Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant has labeled Kansas forward Andrew Wiggins as a potential Hall of Famer and All-Star, saying that he has closely watched the college freshman's game against another young prospect, Jabari Parker of Duke.

"He's raw, but his ceiling is high. He can be like a Hall of Famer, All-Star, for sure. He's good," said Durant to Yahoo! Sports' Mark J. Spears. "Wiggins is on another level with God-given ability. You look at him, you can tell he's going to be really big and fill out a lot. He's really athletic."

But Durant has no clue on who should be selected first in next year's draft, saying that both Wiggins and Parker deserve to be the number one overall pick in the 2014 draft. "Him and Wiggins are like '1A' and '1B.' Those guys are going to do the one-and-done thing, do it early. They are going to do really well in college and lead their teams to, I think, the Final Four. That's kind of like, 'Close your eyes and pick one.' You're good with either one of those guys."

Next year's draft is projected to be one of the deepest in years, and already NBA general managers are salivating over the prospects of nabbing these two precocious talents. Wiggins has earned a lot of comparisons to retired star Tracy McGrady and Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Vince Carter. While he is still generally regarded as the best in next year's draft class, some scouts and general managers believe other names like Parker, Julius Randle of Kentucky, Marcus Smart of Oklahoma State and Dante Exum from Australia could become the number one pick.
