Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Anaheim Ducks (15-4-1, 31 points) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (13-5-0, 26 points) go head-to-head for the first of two meetings against each other this season live from the Tampa Bay Times Forum. The game can be live streamed here. Anaheim fans can hear all of the hard-hitting action by tuning their radios to KLAA-AM 830 while Tampa Bay fans can do the same on 620 WDAE.

Two of NHL's hottest teams go at it tonight as the Ducks enter play on top of the Pacific Division while the Lightning enter play holding the top position in the Atlantic Division. Both teams have won eight of their last 10 games entering play.

Anaheim comes in having lost their first game in regulation since Oct. 24 when they blew a 2-0 lead and eventually lost to the Florida Panthers 3-2.

"I came in after the first period and told them I didn't like the way we were playing at all and if we don't get back to the way we can play, we're going to be in trouble," coach Bruce Boudreau told NHL.com. "I hate being a prophet, believe me. You could see it happening. At 2-0, they were still close enough that if they got one ... when a team is down, they start to feel it, they can be a tough team to beat, whether it's fluky goals or whatever. We dug our own hole today."

Tampa Bay is coming off of a 2-1 shootout win against the Montreal Canadiens on the back of goaltender Ben Bishop.

"This is a team sport, and we are going to move forward; obviously it's a tough spot, but I thought we played well tonight and we could have easily scored more goals. Bishop said via NHL.com. "We hung in there until the end."

Bishop is a remarkable 12-2-0 this season with a 2.02 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage. For the Ducks, Jonas Hiller has gone 7-2-1 with a 2.47 GAA and a .908 save percentage. Hiller (flu) could be sidelined Thursday in favor of Frederik Andersen.

Both teams could be without their leading scorers as Tampa Bay's Steven Stamkos (broken tibia, 23 points) is definitely out and could miss the season while Anaheim's Ryan Getzlaf (upper-body, 22 points) is listed as doubtful. With Stamkos gone, the Lightning's leading healthy scorer is Martin St. Louis (7-9-16) while the Ducks turn to Corey Perry (11-10-21).

Two of the NHL's hottest teams square off but only one will win when the Ducks and Lightning hit the ice tonight in Tampa Bay.
