Madam Secretary Season 3: Episodes' Scripts In Trouble Due To Tim Daly's Accident

'Madam Secretary' has gained a huge viewer following due to its exciting story plotting at each episode.

The famous American political drama television series which has been created by Barbara Hall and starring Tea Leoni is about the life of the Secretary of State while she is trying to balance her work with family.

The famous TV series season 3 episodes' scripts are now in trouble. According to TV Line, the producers and writers of the series are facing a production setback due to the injury faced by Actor Tim Daly, who is in the lead role and plays the role of Elizabeth McCord's husband.

This incident has caused the writers planning to rewrite the episodes for season 3. Possibly the writers can include the injury as a part of the storyline.

But it is expected that Daly will continue appearing in the episodes of the season 3 of 'Madam Secretary' but few changes in the storyline is needed. Until the time he is absent, some other new developments need to be incorporated.

Spoiler's Guide says that Tim Daly was injured in a skiing accident and broke both of his legs while he was on vacation in Sundance. It is reported that Daly will need to undergo surgery and full recovery time can be between 6 to 8 weeks.

A good news for the production team and writers is that the production schedule for 'Madam Secretary' Season 3 is already in an advanced stage. Therefore, the present episodes will show Tim Daly in it and as the show production is in an advanced stage, only a few adjustments are there to be made to balance the storyline.

This Sunday's episode will be the 13th episode of a 23 episode order produced. Writers have an option of including Daly as injured in the last few episodes which are still left to production.
