The talk of a Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. dream fight has been put on hold after Dana White's $25 million offer. However, a version of the boxing match finally happened in a spoof of the very popular "Mike Tyson's Punch Out".

According to MMA Fighting, gaming media filmmaker Adam Arnali immortalized Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 8-bit graphic. You can watch the spoof video below without any spoilers on who wins the dream fight.

The UFC lightweight champion started this entire dream boxing match talk last year. He openly bragged about taking over Mayweather's pay-per-view and gate records in Las Vegas. At the point, the legendary boxer is already retired but he has teased the possibility of coming back.

Since then, the two sides have talked trashed against each other and the possibility of it happening heightened when McGregor was granted a boxing license in California in early December, per ESPN. He also has plans to get a license for the state of Nevada.

UFC president Dana White reportedly made an offer of $25 million guaranteed to Mayweather to make the fight happen. The split for the pay-per-view will be down in the middle but "Money" just laughed it off.

The undefeated retired boxer is demanding a guaranteed $100 million purse to fight the UFC lightweight champion in a boxing match. Nevertheless, the Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather dream fight will remain a dream with a lot of obstacles to make it a reality.

Currently, "Notorious" is on hiatus from mixed martial arts to spend some time with girlfriend, Dee Devlin, who is expected to give birth sometime in May. He is expected to face the winner of the fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson at UFC 209.

On the other hand, Mayweather is busy training rapper Soulja Boy for his boxing match against fellow rapper Chris Brown, who trains under Mike Tyson. Manny Pacquiao also stated his desire to fight McGregor in a boxing match.
