Trade rumors start to swirl around Philadelphia 76ers' center Jahlil Okafor. Latest buzz is saying that the Toronto Raptors are showing great interest in acquiring him and he might be traded before the trade deadline ends.

The Raptors are doing well in the ongoing regular season. Currently, they are at the 2nd spot in the Eastern Conference division holding a 28-15 win-loss record and expected to be in the playoffs again this season. But 3 consecutive losses seems to be a concern for them and many observed that they do lack a big man to protect their middle.

On the hand, Okafor has been a subject of numerous trade deals the past few months. The 76ers have an overcrowded frontcourt with Okafor, Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid in the rotation and many suggest that they should unload one of them. And it seems that Okafor is likely to be moved as per recent reports.

According to ESPN, the Philadelphia 76ers may likely showcase Jahlil Okafor to the other 29 teams. Okafor already received 4 DNP-CD recently that heats up speculation that he is already dispensable to the team which is looking to unload their overloaded big man.

Though Noel is being considered to be traded also but he seems to be a better fit with Embiid. Coach Brett Brown also talks Okafor's potential and his value to any team that is willing to invest on the 21-year old center as per stated in the report. And one report is saying that the Toronto Raptors could benefit from acquiring him.

According to FOXSports, Okafor could boost up the frontline of the Raptors that they badly needed. Since Bismack Biyombo left the team in the offseason, the Raptors struggled to find his replacement in the middle and Okafor is an ideal substitute for him. So what trade offers could work for both teams?

Trade scenario is suggesting that the Philadelphia 76ers will send Jahlil Okafor and Richaun Holmes to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Jakob Poetl, the 2017 first-round pick of the LA Clippers (via Toronto) and the 2018 first-round pick of the Raptors. The trade will give the Raptors two solid players on their bench while the 76ers will have a solid backup for Joel Embiid and two future draft picks that could be a steal for them.

Will the Philadelphia 76ers trade Jahlil Okafor to the Toronto Raptors the trade deadline ends?
