Latest NBA rumors suggest Miam Heat maybe in to trade their star Goran Dragic. When the Miami Heat went for trading Goran Dragic from Phoenix Suns back in February 2015, the front office visioned a new "big three" in which Dragic, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh could replicate what they had with likes of LeBron James.

But, last season Dragic was way subpar, Wade was aging and got ordinary, Bosh had been sidelined with a bloodclot in his leg. Wade has been traded to Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat has ended Bosh's career with them itself.

So, now it's Dragic's turn to be traded or ended somewhere along with second year player Justice Winslow whom Miami drafted with their first pick in 2015, and Hasaan Whiteside, who's become one of the NBA's breakout players over the last few seasons.

The Miami Heat are planning to continue their dominance of the Eastern Conference which is long gone. It was in 2010-14 period that the Heat were unstoppable. So, for this reason should they completely start new and trade Dragic or are they prepared to keep him and get someone they could build around who is younger?

According to the Bleacher Report writer Dan Favale, it's ideal for Miami to trade Dragic because of his salary situation because he signed a five-year contract worth 90 million back in 2015. The trade deadline is in a month and the decision needs to be taken as early as possible so that alternatives are found in time.

Many reports suggest that Heat are in rebuilding stage and Dragic is way past his prime, so by the time they are contending again, they should build a team that can play in future too. Trading him now will allow the team management to bring picks and prospects that fits the team's timeline and expectations.
