Ronda Rousey hasn't made out any decision about her future in fighting, but after the loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207, she is starting to rebuild herself.
She hasn't said anything since last stunning 48-second loss to the current women's bantamweight champion which closed out the UFC's schedule for 2016, according to FOX.
After her second consecutive loss Ronda Rousey stayed quiet, but she post an inspiration quote to Instagram on Monday from "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling,
"And so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life"
At Harvard J.K. Rowling titled,"The fringe benefits of failure and the importance of imagination."
An inspirational quote from Rowling was borrowed by Ronda Rousey goes follows:
"Why I should talk about the benefits of failure just because failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. I stopped pretending to myself other than what I was, and started to direct all my energy into finishing the work that only mattered to me," Rowling said.
Ronda Rousey said she was set free because her greatest fear has been realized and she was still alive and had a daughter whom she adored. She had an old typewriter with a big idea. And so, rock bottom became the solid foundation to rebuild her life.
It's certainly a good quote to Ronda Rousey's current situation where she has faced two consecutive losses in UFC 207 against Amanda Nunes. But at while the former champion is down, so it doesn't appear that she is out.
The UFC fighter didn't commit to fight again but she also has not made any declarations about retiring from the sport. So for now, just wait and see as Ronda Rousey takes time to make any decision on whether she will look for redemption in the Octagon.
